Based in Raleigh, North Carolina, we focus on acquiring and revitalizing value-add multifamily properties across the Southeast — where disciplined investing and genuine care for residents can go hand in hand.

Pineridge Living Waters is a North Carolina-based real estate investment firm focused on value-driven acquisitions, responsible development, and Christ-centered stewardship. With decades of leadership and experience spanning government service, project management, and real estate investing, Mr. Hinkle brings a disciplined approach to every transaction.

Guided by biblical principles of integrity, service, and faithful stewardship, Disel views real estate as more than a transaction — it is a responsibility entrusted to him. His mission is to manage resources wisely, restore value where it has diminished, and help foster stable homes and renewed opportunities for families and communities.

Based in Raleigh, NC, Disel leads all acquisitions, investor relations, and asset management for Pineridge Living Waters — bringing a disciplined, servant-hearted approach to every deal and every partnership.
